Can’t pick one colour? The Rainbow Mix is our skittle mix of Neocaridina shrimp: hand-picked in six colours, with 20% extra in every pack to cover any losses in transit.
- 10 Shrimp + 2 Free (12 in the bag) — £20
- 20 Shrimp + 4 Free (24 in the bag) — £36
- 50 Shrimp + 10 Free (60 in the bag) — £85
A typical 10 pack: 2 Red Rili, 2 Blue Dream, 2 Yellow, 2 Orange Sunkist, 1 Snowball and 1 Green Jade. Bigger packs keep the same balance of colours. Exact colours can vary slightly with what’s in stock, but you’ll always get a genuine mix of at least five colours.
All shrimp are adults or near-adults (1.5–2.0 cm), quarantined and checked by eye before they’re bagged.
Good to know: different Neocaridina colours will cross-breed in the same tank, so over a few generations the babies drift towards brown wild-type colours. Perfect for a colourful display tank — if you want to breed a pure colour line, pick a single colour instead.
Dechlorinated UK tap water is usually fine. They do best at pH 7–7.5, GH 8–10, KH 4–6, with TDS around 250–300 ppm.
Sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, Monday to Thursday. The extras are our DOA cover — see our delivery page for details.
