Yellow is a classic starter colour for good reason — hardy, easy to breed, and forgiving of the occasional beginner mistake, while still looking fantastic in a mature planted setup.

Tap water suits Neocaridina well in most areas. Aim for pH 7–7.5, GH 8–10, KH 4–6, and TDS 250–300 ppm.
